Super Thin
I bought the 18 oz Double Wall Mug.It arrived 2 days ago, and it broke today. An expensive 2-day use!!This double wall mug is super super super thin!I'm used to using BODUM brand, the original and first company to make double-walled glass mugs. But I wanted a larger capacity for my daily iced coffee.I measured it and found that this mug is listed at 18.5 oz, but it's actually about 17 oz.This mug was so thin and flimsy, when it's full of ice and coffee, I was holding it and the mug broke off the handle!!!!I was standing dumbfounded in the kitchen, surrounded by hundreds of glass pieces, with just a handle in hand... LOL

Sealant off, water in between glass wall
I got this coffee mug a while ago and had pleasant experience with it. Upon reordering, I received two faulty mugs which the sealant came off on the first wash, and water was stuck in between the walls. It left a layer of steam even after trying multiple ways to get the water out.Overall, the quality of this product is not reliable, and I will not recommend anyone looking for an insulated glass mug to get this one. Cheap and crap.

Leak in cup
I liked the cup but not very durable. There is a leak in my cup. When washing the cup soap and water accumulates inside.

Condensation between inner and outer layers.
Finally a mug large enough to use. Comfortable handle all seem great until the outside gets much hotter than any similar mug We have. Later I noticed condensation between the outer and inner layer. Still functional but could be better. This was my first use.

I will jot be buying it again
The cups looked great and arrived on time. When I tried to wash it in the diahwasher, at the end of the washing all cups had water inside. It didn't look really good but I thought I could get used to it. However when I put it on the shelf, cups started dripping water and that part was unacceptable. So I had to discard it.

Has a hole in the bottom and water gets trapped
Bought this for my husband. Embarrassed to have given him a defective gift. Water gets stuck between the layers of glass.

Water inside double wall
The media could not be loaded. Ordered with hopes of having a nice new mug. After a few uses, noticed that there’s water inside the walls of the mug and that the mug actually has a small hole (see video)The mug itself is still usable, but it is very inconvenient seeing water inside. I wouldn’t buy again.
