Tried and true
I’ve the years I’ve bought a lot of Bluetooth headphones. I work in janitorial and often spend time alone but need to be able to pop my headphones in and out for contact with outside folks. Every time I order a pair, I end up wishing I got these. My only complaint is that the plug for the usb-c is slightly more bulky than the last style they released. It’s literally just a personal preference and it affects nothing but the way the buttons feel in my hand. The headphones have great sound, they’re comfortable and the rubber ear pieces really fit well with a few sizes for comfortability. I love the magnetism on the headphones because I can pop a headphone out and it just connects to the other one and hangs around my neck. No more losing a single headphone because I set it on my cart or a table and didn’t remember. The battery life is dope; it lasts my 8.5 hour shift plus an hour before/after for random listening though it’s not constant listening, the battery is still great if I spend majority of my shift using them and hasn’t died on me during a shift yet. Glad I went back to my tried and true, they really can’t compete for work headphones for me.

Finally found what I wanted
I'd been using a pair of earbuds like this from a company that no longer even exists for years. I don't know how I found them, but I fell in love and when they started to die, I was in need of new.To start off, I can't use completely wireless earbuds. I loose things easily and I loose them often. If I can't attach them to my body in some way, they will get lost. And the smaller things are, the faster that will happen.I went through a few different types, having to return them because they were just awful. I was getting depressed, until I found these.Apparently this style is uncommon. Most want to have that very long and stiff cord around your neck. Some come close to 3ft long. These are short, flexible, and thin. They can be worn around the back of the neck or even left in front for cases where I may have to remove them frequently. The style fits my needs wonderfully. The cord is ~22/23" in length and is thin and flexible. This means I can wear them behind my neck for long term use, or just let them hang down in front for times I may need to frequently completely remove them from my body. I have long curly hair, and having to remove the neck bands usually includes pulling out a little hair every time. I do not have that problem with these even if I have them behind my neck. And when I wear them in front of me, I have not had any issues with them interfering or getting tangled in stuff I am working on.The fit is excellent and they are very light. They are made out of plastic, but so far do not feel flimsy. They come with a pretty significant array of ear tip and wing sizes and I found a combination that fits me very well. I can wear these all day and at no point do I ever feel like they are trying to fall out. In fact it can be easy for me to forget they are even there. Now I am not the kind of person who usually uses the wing tips. With these earbuds, it is a bit of a requirement. There is a small hard plastic tab that sticks out on each earbud which I assume is there to help keep those wing tips from falling off. You can use them without, but that hard little plastic tab can irritate. You might be able to file that down, but I'm sure that would void any warranty. So I use the wingtips. And honestly, I don't mind them. It has taken me a little bit to get used to positioning them in my ears (wing tips require a little more precise positioning), but I already feel like muscle memory is picking up how to do this without having to spend some time fiddling. They come with a nice little hard case which I will likely never use. Again, if its not attached to my body, I will forget it, I will loose it. Even though, it is a nice touch and a nice way to safely store the ear buds to go into a drawer, bag, or similar. The magnet in the ear pieces is strong enough for what it needs. If I need to go one eared for some reason, I can just leave the earbuds connected via magnet and put them into just one ear. Yes I know it looks silly, but its handy to not have to figure out what to do with that other bud. This is also a testament to how well they stay in place. Even with all of the weight on only 1 ear piece, they do not try to fall out.Audio quality is pretty decent for the price point I did notice its a little stronger in the treble and a little lacking in base. Not noticeable when listening to stuff like podcasts and audiobooks, which make up the majority of my listening, but I can notice it in some music, especially when playing at higher volumes. I just went into Android's equalizer, gave a slight bump up in base, a slight bump down in treble, and that made a big improvement for me. An audiophile might not like these and might be foaming at the mouth at my adjustment, but I am not one and they do very well for my purposes. But then an audiophile is unlikely to be looking for earbuds at this price point. On that note, these work well with Android. Battery report is at 5% increments which makes it easy to get a feel on when they should be charged. Kudos for USB-C charging. Finally all of my devices are on the same connection type. At one point in time I had mini, micro, and C. I'm finally down to one cable. The cover on the USB-C port fits snugly.I have not yet tried their app. I should, but you have to setup an account, etc, and I'm an old enough techie (who works in the software industry) to get annoyed when companies need all your contact information just to check for updated firmware. I will likely give in and set it up just long enough to see if there is, but I don't have to like it.*waves cane* Get off my lawn!I've been using these for less than a week, but battery life appears to be pretty much as described. On the day I received them I charged and used for about an hour. This would have been a podcast, so spoken word. I turned them off when I went to bed, but did not charge them again. On day two, I purposefully made heavy use. They were on straight from 7am to 7pm. Other than a 30m meeting and a few brief conversations with coworkers, they were constantly playing audio. It was audiobooks during my 3h of commuting that day, but while I was at work, it was mostly music. As I was testing battery life and performance, it was mostly 70s/80s metal at around 60-70% volume. This is where I found I liked them better with that slight tweak in the equalizer. They were turned off that night, but were not charged.Day 3 started with reporting 40% battery. On at 7am, audiobooks on way to work, music again while there. Got 25% battery alert on my phone, but I did not receive an audio alert in the headset itself. Could be annoying if you are in a hands free environment as it looks like you won't get an early warning. Hit 10% charge at around 12:30pm, which is when I decided to charge them again.Charge time to full battery took ~2h.I estimate I got at least 15-17 hours of solid audio, a significant portion being music at higher volume levels. It will take time to see if this kind of battery life remains steady or if there will be a drop.Since my above test I have still been using them all the time, but its been more normal usage patterns. This means more idle time, more spoken word audio, less music, and lower volumes. I'm on day 2 after the second charge and they are still at 90% battery.Range is significantly further than my old ones. They would start cutting out if I went the 15' to the office kettle. With these I can freely roam everywhere I need without any loss of connection. Except the bathroom. But hey, bathrooms have never been wireless friendly.Switching between devices is easier than my old ones, where I would have to power them off to get into pairing mode again. Here I can disconnect in my phone and reconnect on my tablet without having to manipulate my earbuds in any way. Not the easiest I have seen, but much handier for me none the less.Verdict: I am overall very happy. These meet my needs well and I already have a spare sitting in my cart. I should just go a head and pull the trigger. As I mentioned, I loose things a lot and a spare is always handy to have. The price point makes me not feel guilty about spending the extra money.I'm rating this 4 stars. Its getting dinged one star in part because of the wing tip requirement, but primarily because of the app. That just annoys me. Come on SoundPetes, you could easily get 5 stars with no change to the hardware or firmware at all.I will update my review if something happens to change my opinion.

So happy to get Soundpeats again!
I'd had Soundpeats before, but ended up having to go with other brands for the cheaper prices for a while. I always end up having one of the ears go dead within a month or so, for some strange reason. It doesn't matter what brand I've used in the past. The Soundpeats had lasted me for well over a year, so I purchased these again. I love the sound quality! They are comfortable to wear.Time will tell on how long they last!

Defective after a month. DO NOT BUY!
I highly advise you to stay away from this brand. My QHD 35 died almost a month after I started using them. I requested a replacement but didn’t want the same item since it obviously failed. I noticed most of their items are listed as “frequently returned item”.After speaking with their customer service they agreed to replace with capsule 3 even though I preferred something with a cord, I figured I’d give it a shot since it was an upgrade and not listed as frequently returned. I threw the QHD 35 in the trash as they never requested them to be returned.I got the capsul 3 and opened them realizing they were black and pink. 🤔 No, I’m not wearing pink earbuds working in a machine shop. I reached out to customer service again. At this point it has been a month since my original order and I’m growing extremely frustrated.I requested a different item AND specific color. They flat out refused and stated pink is a “popular color among the public”. They even asked me if a friend or family could use them?! What?!Then they said they would provide a refund if I shipped both items back. I told them I threw the 35 in the trash as they never requested a refund and also the pink useless ones since they never requested a return.I would avoid this company at all costs. After reading some reviews they seem to have a problem with defective batteries that stop charging after a few months.

All day ever day. 👍
Great head set! I personally really like the corded neck loop with the magnetic holds. The in ear bud with extra numb keeps these little guys in place. Great fit, fine sound, very happy with my purchase.
