Sure happy so far. I mostly run my tv off of it and it is great for that. Big Hard drive. Good product for the price.

I purchased this computer for my son to play Roblox and some other low-end internet computing. I have upgraded the RAM and the HDD to SSD. It STILL hangs just at start up. I have done a clean install of Windows 10 and still no dice. The CPU on this thing just stays running over 50%. Slowest, worst laptop I have EVER owned. I will be purchasing something else with a better processor. Ridiculous that a new machine is that slow!! It's worse than when you had to wait for dial-up.

Adequate, but not more than that. Perhaps the slowest laptop I have owned in the last ten or so years. I was not expecting nor needed a super-fast computer (I use it for work, with no gaming), but even for this limited use, it is frustratingly slow. Would recommend going with another brand or model.[This is an update to the initial review. After going through all the diagnostics, resets, etc., speed did not improve and in fact got worse. It also began restarting at random, becoming unusable. I have trashed it and bought a laptop from another manufacturer. Decidedly recommend not going with Dell.]

It's perfect!

DONT WASTE $$. I just needed a laptop for web browsing and occasional Microsoft office (Word and Excel) This computer cannot handle that. SLOW- takes over 5 minutes to open a website, app,etc.. Mouse jumps around and lags

Not yo good at games very slow on start up and to pull apps up

Not worth the price, my old Lenovo thinkpad runs fasterI should've used the money to get parts
