This is a cheap and effective electrolyte powder that just works.its not only electrolytes but it’s a good multivitamin as well. I live in Arizona and this with about 2 liters of water a day has been keeping me extremely hydrated. I have a 64 oz thermo bottle and I feel it up around 2 to 3 times a day putting 2 scoops in each time. I have used this product for a little over a year and I have not been sick at all even when others around me get sick. I actually stopped taking my multivitamins and only drink this with lots of water and I feel much better when it comes to overall wellness. You’ll barely catch me with a Gatorade or Powerade from now on.

awesome product! no side effects. top notch ingredients. no problems mixing. texture is good. no problems dissolving. make sure to follow the serving suggestion, it can be very sweet but a guilt free sweet because of the stevia that is used. decent price (could be a touch lower) but overall 2 thumbs up!
