The camera all around is great! It has motion detection, a white light, the app is very user friendly, and the two way audio is amazing its loud and clear i can hear it from the edge of my porch, the zoom is something serious also i was surprised. The battery life lasts as long as you keep the light switch on. I got the the light bulb edition and it was very easy to install just screw it in!!

I used to have a blink camera and had so many problems connecting it and reconnecting it to my WiFi and app. It also went off and would send me notifications all day. So I got this to replace my blink. This product and app is much easier to manage than the blink. I can check my camera any time of the day, turn on audio to speak and to listen, and reposition the camera from the app. It even has an alarm I can turn on manually or set to automatic. You do have to have an app and set up an account but they are free. You can upgrade but so far I haven’t felt a need to even though the upgrade is pretty cheap. I definitely recommend this over the blink and ring because it is very cheap and works well. I have had some issues with it not recording but I think it was one of the settings I had it on. Once I reset it, unscrewed it and put it back in it started working. I have it set to pet and human because it does get confused between people and pets. That seems to have fixed all the issues I’ve had with it.

This thing connects wonderfully and has great video and sound. My only beef is that it confuses moths and a fallen, metal ladder with people. Other than that, it’s a pretty awesome device.

This product is awesome! I am amazed at the quality and features at this price. The picture quality is very good, both day and night. The visual coverage area is very large too. I have it at my back door and can see everything going on. What's really great is that I can record video without having to pay for a subscription. Recordings are available for 72 hours but you can also use an SD card (you have to provide your own) to save them indefinitely.It was really easy to set up, too. You screw it into a light socket, of course, set up the app, and connect it to the wifi. Motion detection works great, too. It is good at differentiating between people, animals, and cars so you can set it up to capture what you want. You can also use it as an intercom.Anyway, I glad I gave this a try because it's really cool and I feel much better being able to see what's going on out back late at night.

I initially installed the bulb in my bedside lamp so that it's easier to set it up. Downloading the app and setup was smooth. The app walks you through it step by step. It did take a few seconds after screwing the bulb in before it lit up and made sounds, so be patient. After I set up everything, I move it to the laundry room where the light fixture is connected to a motion sensor switch, so that didn't work very well since the bulb would lose power everytime the switch times out and turns off. So I moved it to the garage where I have a fixture connected to a regular on/off switch. That worked perfectly.You are able to turn the light to a white light via the app, but I wished it could be a white light all the time so that it's not an extra step to get a brighter light. The bulb does have a blue light when on though.I liked that the camera can rotate and give you a 360 view. The images also come across super sharp. Notifications came right away when motion was detected.Overall, it's a nice, easy to install, security camera bulb.
