Remove the dispersions layer with the Cesars Secrets Polish CLEANER (No. 2230).3. Now enter Cesars Secrets UV Polish (shake the bottle well before) with the color of their choice. Please make sure that the Cesars Secrets UV Polish is very thin and applied everywhere. Apply the paint on too thick, not cured by the UV Polish and wrinkled. Toughen from 2 x 2 minutes.4.
