Feels exactly like the old non refillable V5 i used to use in school!One of my favorite pen refills as a lefty, no smudges smooth and precise writing. Probably the closest thing I've found to a fountain pen feel only no inked hand.Came in a nice box; all individually sealed with no damage.

These refills produce a lovely line width and letter body for anyone whose handwriting matches the 9-11pt font size for any of the usual fonts that populate your friendly neighbourhood word processor. I tend to use these alongside the V7 RT (0.7mm tip), and I find this particular refill is just right- not so scarce you feel like you're scratching away at the page with an inky needlepoint, but hardly so clumsy as to result in unnecessary feathering and ink bleed. Instead, you get an at once both plump and precise line, which is all one can really ask for in a reliable workaday writing implement, I should think.I haven't had the opportunity to go through the whole pack yet, so I'll keep an eye on this review and update it where necessary.

The bodies are sturdy and easily outlast the refills making these an ideal way of saving money.

They are genuine Pilot items and work well. When the stock is used up, I'd repurchase from this source.
