EZ Melts Dissolvable Melatonin, 5 mg, Sugar-Free, 2-Month Supply, Strawberry-Flavored

This is my second bottle. Works when I can’t sleep but what I like most is that they are mint flavored instead of some fruity flavor & are easy to keep by my bed & take with no water needed. I recommend this product.

Like many older people I can have trouble falling asleep. This dietary supplement dissolves quickly and aids in me falling asleep.

It says how many tablets are in the bottle, I'm just not sure why it's packaged in something so wasteful. I love the product but hate wasting so much plastic. They should fill the bottle completely full or look for a more responsible way to package this product. When you receive, the bottle is 1/4 full with the tablets. I would buy more often if they could find a better system for packaging.

I don't know what EZ Melts is doing differently, but theirs is the most effective melatonin I've found in years. One light mint tablet, which dissolves within a couple of minutes, is all I need for a few hours' rest as opposed to what has become all-too-frequent insomnia. This is compared to up to 30mg at a time of other brands, some of which never seem to work at all, so it can't just be that they pack more melatonin than is stated on the label. Whatever the magic, it's much appreciated. Now I plan to keep an eye out for whether their P5P becomes available again, because I'd be willing to give it a try, too.

So much better than gummies in taste and effectiveness. We're on our sixth bottle. The only Melatonin my grandson will take.

I use this product nightly and found it works better for me if taken a couple of hours before sleep. It has a pleasant taste and dissolves instantly under the tongue and no need for water which I love. Great product that really works! I highly recommend it for anyone having issues falling asleep.

These are so good, they work so well and they are easy to take since you don’t need water. Like eating a little mint. Sometimes if I really need to go to sleep I will take three of them. 15 mg. I have bought these many times over. Highly recommend. these are also good for my son to have ADHD and need to take meds that potentially keep them awake at night. One less pill for them to have to swallow, because they can chew it like a little mint.
