Fast and convenient
I wanted something I could transfer my phone pictures to a flash drive that I could flip from C to USB. This was fast and convenient after I figured out how to do it. The plug in was long enough I didn't have to take off my phone case. It did get a little hot but am very happy with my purchase. I've only used it once so hopefully it will last.

Larger than competing flippers
This does seem a little faster than the SanDisk flippers I also have. I use this for transferring vid clips to storage on other machines. Shows up on Windows as an SSD, not a removable USB flash drive. Has been working fine, 1TB IS the full capacity, it's not fake. Have filled it to capacity a number of times, takes a few hours. Doesn't heat up like the SanDisk ones with long transfer sessions, about 3-4X larger than those. All metal, no lanyard included. Don't know yet about longevity. No glitches on reading files that were written. Was startled when opening the box at how large it was, still fits the tablet C port in the ruggedized case, not all will. Cats haven't made off with it unlike the small sandisks. They play floor hockey with them. Have hand lanyards to find them, those seem irresistable to the critters. So far, the flipper cover detents are still good, SanDisk ones lose that and become free spinning after heating up a few times. Can be bent back, but rinse and repeat. Not a problem with this one, so far.

Great back up for the hard drive.
It works great as a back up for all my data copied from a hard drive. Some devices can't see it probably because of its size. Easily copies downloads from the phone to my PC when the internet is unavailable.

Multi faceted
This was a great thumb drive and was exactly what I needed. The price was reasonable and still using today. Always good to have a "backup".

Nice flash drive
I really wanted a Thunderbolt 4 drive but this was the best I could get. Speeds are never going to be as fast as the speeds listed and having said that, this is the fastest flash drive I have ever had. Not as fast as the max speeds listed, but still very fast compared to other USB2 and USB3 drives I've used. Feels very well built. Does get rather warm in use but most fast drives do. You can easily flip between the USB A and USB C connectors but there is no cap that will prevent gunk from getting inside the USB A port.

My fastest usb drive to date
This thing is fast! So I'm in the process of replacing my old usb backup devices. I work exclusively in android now, mainly a Samsung tablet and smartphone, both with usb-c v3.2. My old usb flash drives achieve Write / Read (W/R) speeds of around 30/60 MB /s. Yeah, they get the job done but it takes quite a while to write 60-100 GB of files. First, I bought (and returned) a Samsung 256gb usb-c flash drive, usb v3.13 (whatever the heck that is?), but it only increased the write speed to 58 MB /s. So I bought the Jostart 256 GB drive to see if it was really v3.2 or something close (yes, I'm skeptical about all these bogus usb claims). SURPRISE! The first test showed W/R speeds of 287/296 MB /s. Wow! I'm impressed. Many more tests, whether connected directly to my usb-c port or through a USB v3.2 hub that I also bought, were the same hovering at the 300 MB /s mark. Hell, that's 10x-plus faster than my other flash drives. And btw it's as fast as my Samsung T7 Shield SSD Drive, which clocks in with W/R speeds of 306/270 MB /s. Thanks for finally building a fast usb flash drive. Now I can move 100 GB of files in minutes, not hours. ☺

Fast USB Stick
I like this unit as for the price which is very reasonable and 256 GB, it is fast. I now have one and soon a second Windows computer on this stick. I can plug it into a PC that will run Windows 11 and has a USB3 port and off the races with it.

Very fast
Very fast, usb 3.1. Must have 3.1 usb jack on your device to get the fast speed.

Outstanding quality for the price
Really outstanding quality for the price. Love the metal casing and the magnetic USB A cover, as well as the dual USB A plus USB C interface.
