Creative Visualization Paperback – January 1, 1980

I purchased this book at a dark time in my life, it helped alter my mind, and pushed me to make tremendous changes!! I recommend this book very highly!

I bought this book as a replacement of one that I had for well over 20 years. Due to age, the pages started to come loose. I treasure this book. It has served its purpose in my life.

Interesting story...In 2014 I was visiting an apartment for rent in the hills off Laurel Cyn in Los Angeles, CA. The renter was a top tier music producer, with familiar spiritual relics around the apartment. He also spoke intentionally and clearly and with a notable degree of care. After a quick viewing of space, we sat down to chat, simply as a preliminary get-to-know-each-other kind of thing. He spontaneously picked up a book, Spiritual Visualization by Shakti, and insisted that I read it, for it changed his life and it was bound to change mine. Only time will tell if those positive life-altering consequences will occur. For the time being, I'm beyond grateful that I am now a proud owner of a copy. Part of me doesn't even know why but the better half of me understands the potential for a book to change one's life for the better. Anyway I thought I'd share this story because it speaks volumes about the power of influence and the timeless nature of meaningful advice and written guidance.

A classic

Creative visualization is used by professional athletes, businesspeople, and people who wish to invest time to think through the execution of something they plan to do. This can be done as a form of meditation when sitting quietly or any time when we are idle. It is ideal for thoughtful and introspective people. I was fortunate to have come across this book when it was released in 1978, and it has benefited my life quite a bit. This first version of the book is short, so it's a quick read. It's one of the few books that I've read again later. I highly recommend it.

Great book! I bought the older book just because it was cheaper, so no big whoops on presentation, but the content is really solid on how to actively visualize your goals and bring them into fruition. I'm included in my meditation practices and am loving it.

In the summer of 1994, I had breakthrough experiences using my identical paperback of Shakti Gawain’s “Creative Visualization” in combination with Dr. Bernard Gunther’s “Energy Ecstasy”. I can’t possibly more strongly recommend both books. Use them as workbooks alone or in combo. I think you will be blown away.
