I'm always leery when I order something customized. This hat came exactly as I'd hoped. It's a good quality hat. Had a lot of fun colors and choices for font. Great price too, for a customized item.

My bad for thinking this was going to be embroidered but it isn’t. I thought I had found a really inexpensive embroidered cap. My fault for thinking that.Nope. It’s silk screened. The color seems somewhat muted or matte finished compared to what i submitted as well… which, you know, fine. I get that it won’t be exact. The color on a monitor is usually different.But what has me disappointed is it’s noticeably smaller than what I submitted. This is an okay ball cap but honestly I’m really disappointed even for spending only five bucks.

I purchased this very inexpensive hat for a one time use but it is good quality and the monogram is much nicer than I expected.

Cap is good quality with plenty of size adjustment. Graphic is smaller than shown when you lay it out and the color looks faded and muted - not a bright yellow at all.
