Very comfy and great quality!
Bought one of these for myself for work as my old chair squeaked and was showing it's age. The lumbar support is very nice as is the neck support pillow, the heated part works well and it's not uncomfortably hot. Very easy to build by myself, super pleased with it. Everyone at work keeps asking where it's from!

Great for the money
Nice gaming chair for my son. Easy enough to assemble and feels fairly sturdy. Heated seat great. Massage (vibration patterns) nice but really quite loud? Annoying that power cable is so short?

Broken!
I bought this as a birthday gift. Purchased end of may. Birthday was literally 2 weeks ago! Son has used this chair maybe 8-10 times if your lucky. The heat and massage part of the chair is NOT working! There is no way to contact the seller so I'm leaving a review in the hopes they provide contact details.Very unhappy.

I wouldnt bother with the massage function
Each to their own, but the massage function isn't really worth getting. I have unplugged the electrics, so it just operates like a normal chair.1. The seat is actually reasonably comfortable, I found it pretty good to sit on for long periods now I'm working from home. There are a couple of hard bits when you feel the seat with your hands, but fortunately I'm not feeling them yet - maybe I will do in time as the chair wears.2. the material on the arm is kind or breathable with holes in it, and it can catch on things and mine has done this at some point - i didn't notice how.3. when my chair arrived the button to unlock the back tilt looked like it had melted slightly. However I decided to ignore it since operation was fine and sending it back would have been quite a chore. Give the chair a good look over before you build it.4. I found it ok to build, but it can be a little tricky to align the arms on the seat, avoid this chair if its not skilledl to build home furniture.5. The comfort cushion on the headrest is removable, I didn't get on with it so I just took it off and the chair is fine without it.

works and is comfy
this went together really easily and its sturdy. Its really comfy and the wheels and height adjustment etc is all smooth. It heats up pretty well and the massage function is ok but nothing to write home about.Might be better off with a good chair you like and buy a seperate massager and heater but for the price i cant complain.

Instructions
Great purchase, good quality, only problem was , no instructions, rang KMS was told in abrupt manner to e-mail and they would send some out, not yet recieved, so built it with out.

Great chair, poor instructions
Difficult and innacurate instructions (it claimed there were more parts than were supplied, needed and included in the steps), but the chair itself is brilliant. Wires are annoying but it's easy to understand the remote and it's very comfortable. Detachable pillow.
