Universal Plantar Fasciitis Support-L/XL

I like the extra support and pain relief they afford. I have had a couple of issues with the straps as sent - one came without the velcro even sewn on the end - it just laid there loose and they wouldn't simply replace it without first inspecting it. And the second strap on the set I just opened was quite a bit longer than normal so that when you placed it under your foot and tried to pull it tight and attach it to the support, it would easily stretch way beyond that point and onto your sock. So although I think the product is a good idea and when they work properly, they do well - I am just dissatisfied with the support and customer care.
