Literally the best fan I've ever purchased!
I have built a custom desk that fits my HP Z800 workstation and MSI gaming rig. I decided to have each side of the desk be an intake for each computer. With 4 fans on each side being powered by each PCs PSU. The Z800 with how many fans that thing has on its own it probably doesn't even need that many but lemme tell you a few things. This desk is 79.75" long. And 26" wide. That's alot of area that needs some form of airflow through it. Now on the left side is all 4 noctua indistrial 3000rpm 12v fans. The right side has 6 corsair HD120s (3 for the rad and 3 for the intake) and one noctia industrial as well. Now the corsair are some decent fans. Quiet and move a decent amount of air. I'm not very good at math but they do a pretty good job for how expensive they are.Now I heard noctua makes great fans. Alot of youtubers use them, some friends of mine use them, and it seems anyone who's anyone uses them. When I was doing testing on the computers I was EXTREMELY impressed that the noctua industrial I've purchased actuslly can move air more then 3/4ths the length of the desk. It blows the corsairs out of the water. My fan controllers are their own devices that run off the sata power cable. They weren't cheap at $67 a pop but their great quality, what I'm getting at is as the fan controller starts up their LOUD BUT once the proper RPM kicks in you can't even hear it. 3000rpm is alot and at 1200 even 1500 I legitimately dont even notice it. The corsair fans yeah I can hear them but these fans are excellent all around on efficiency. For pretty much making a blind choice of fans to buy I made a great choice.Their build quality is impressive too. They are also quite responsive too when it comes to an rpm spike or going from an idle speed to max it kicks up to where it needs to be very quickly. I honestly think any build i do from now on will use these fans now that I've actually seen the light of how great these are.Now if they coild make a delta style fan where it's got dual props on it that's as insanely powerful as those id buy them in a heart beat over deltas server fans as the noise reduction would likely be amazing.

Zero regret with my purchase
These fans survived through Hurricane Harvey (at a FedEx post) and arrived at my place. I can only say that I'm very happy with my decision to buy these. I have used two of these fans to replace the stock fans that come with Corsair H100i v2 cooler because stock fans made a terrible vibrating noise. It's a common issue for the Corsair cooler. Also, make sure to set up the fans as intake (seriously, it made a 10 C difference for me). My i7 6700k overclocked to 4.8 GHz idles around 22-25 C now, and the fan is running only at 30%, 900 RPM, which is inaudible to me unless I put my ear up against the case. Don't let the maximum acoustic level of this fan steer you away. It has an extraordinary static pressure rating and with the correct PWM fan curve, you can keep your PC cool without having to hear it run at full speed. These fans also stopped the blue screen and freezes from occurring during Prime95 stress tests, obviously due to lower temperature. Some people might think this fan is overkill, but I'd say go for it. You can run the fan at lower speeds and still get a great static pressure from the fan.

So worth the money
GREAT PRODUCT!!My duo 140mm fans were rattling too much so i looked into buying a silent fan but with power. and this was it. does not create any rattling noise and fan is powerful as stated. So much better than the coolmasters i had in my cooling pad.Haha P. S make sure you buy the right size. I bought mine a bit smaller on accident but i love it so im not even going to bother exchanging it.

Great fans
These fans are great. They move a lot of air through my heat sink on my 290X and keep it much cooler than the stock fans it came with. The build quality appears to be quite high as well. They are extremely loud when running at max rpms however. They are labeled as industrial for a reason. Due to this, fan speed control is necessary for applications that don't need max fan speed, which is most things for me. Most of the time they are running at around 1800-1900 rpms and are hardly noticeable.

Works Exactly as Expected
The fan came in a very nice box, something I'd be happy to display. Quality feels excellent, and the fan is VERY quiet! Runs smoothly, the rubber vibration dampeners are a nice touch, and I'm all around very happy with this product. I would definitely buy it again.

It pushes a lot of air, but it is loud.
I got a Hydro Series H100i v2 liquid CPU cooler, which I installed on the top of my case as an exhaust. One of the fans started to make a very loud rattling sound on high speeds, so I replaced it with this one. I was choosing between this and the 2000 PWM version, but chose this one because of the many reviews that mentioned that it was silent. But it is loud. Even in the lowest speeds, I can clearly hear it, and it was pretty annoying. I had to use headphones to drown the noise. So I got the 2000 PWM fan, and that one is way better. This fan pushes a lot more air, but the difference in temperature was too small. And there was a great difference in noise.

Watercooling? You need this fan!
Just one of these dropped my CPU temps by 4c. Core i7-3930k OC'ed to 4.6ghz 64c with an open water cooler. GTX 360 Black Ice radiator (360mm X 38mm). Bought a 2nd one and my temps went down another 2c. I figured I had the fan situation taken care of because I was using the Gentle Typhoon 2150rpm fans but I guess I was wrong.I tried the high speed Yate Loons, Gentle Typhoon AP-15, and a few others that were rated for high static pressure but this Noctua fan is magic. It delivers, it forces the air through those tiny fins. Also, these fans should last a very long time thanks to the bearing system. From now on, Noctua fans are the only ones I'll buy.... and I've bought quite a few case fans. If you're researching fans, just stop and buy the Noctua fans. You won't regret it. As they say, you get what you pay for.
