GIANDEL Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 2000W DC 12V to AC 240V converter with remote controller & dual AC outlets for RV Truck Car

2000w? I attach this to my leisure battery set up that I have been running 3000 W inverter on comfortably for over a year now.As I have no problems with the system I thought I would use these batteries to test this 2000 W inverter.After running a caravan heater of 900 w the unit started to display overlord warning immediately and the leads that attach to the battery started to overheat, despite the overload warning it did not attempt to shut down so had of been and checked the lead would have caught fire in my opinion.This is one of the worst and I have tested a lot of inverters but this is one of the worst for under performance and safety features not functioning as described in instructions.I tried to go off reviews but they can’t always be true surely or did I just get a bad one? I’m not a fan of believing that I am the only one lucky person out there. I would say to the company you need to run real life testing on your units before sending them out because proven them into a multimeter does not constitute a test and I would therefore question the legitimacy of your CV certificate.And as a customer I would steer clear from this product as it is clearly not up to the job as advertised nor does the safety features work I have adjusted my review slightly because the company believe I may have had a faulty one however be cautious and don’t be frightened to send yours back if you find you have similar problems the company need to address this if they are selling a unit that can generate both 240 V and Fire Hazard

We purchased the 2000W version of this inverter mainly for a back up, and to power the garage off grid, all had been fine for a few months since installation, however; recently the inverter developed a fault showing the code OL, and would not power up, I contacted the company and spoke to a really helpful lady [Elsa] and explained the situation, and even expressed that I wasn't sure what had happened and that the issue may have even been our fault, and was only contacting them to ask if there may be something they could do to help us resolve the situation, Elsa Asked if I could possibly send a short video of the unit showing the fault and any other information I thought may be relevant, which I did, after reviewing the info I sent, Elsa explained that the fault that had occurred was terminal, and therefore the unit couldn’t be easily repaired which made my heart sink, however; to my surprise Elsa then explained that they had decided to still honour the warrantee, and would get another unit out to me ASAP. The replacement unit arrived within two working days, unbelievable service, thank you Elsa and Giandel for your help on this matter, much appreciated!

Gives me constant power whenever I need. Solves the power problem for me in Nigeria. Hoping to buy this again for my mom or a 3000w continuous power, hopefully with Amazon instalment plan.

I had bought another 2000w "pure sine wave inverter" before I opted for this GIANDEL Inverter.This inverter works flawlessly. In my campervan, I have a 650W mini oven and a travel kettle which runs at 850W. Both together draw 1500W. I can run them both together with this inverter.The remote control function is superb and the remote controller fits flush into my kitchen unit.I don't have an oscilloscope but when I measured out put voltage with a digital meter it showed a perfect 230V a.c.The other make of inverter (which I sent back) gave me an error when I used a load of less the 1500w and when reading the output voltage on a digital voltmeter it would not give me a true output voltage reading.My conclusion is that this GIANDEL Pure Sine Wave Inverter is a quality unit and well worth the additional £95 I paid to get it.I am extremely pleased with it's performance. Highly recommended
