May keep the old nogging safe, but this item does make you look the site dolt, it sits very high above your head, so is easy to catch on under lying items which doesn't help with the climbing trees for surgury

very light, I don’t even know it’s on my head, the best I’ve ever had and cheep!!! strongly recomand!

I used the helmet for about 4 weeks , and the straps on the helmet snapped from the plastic which has snapped and the strap isn't able the strap around your head , so it's unusable
