Easy to assemble, very solid, great standing desk for a great price. No complaints

Desk is easy to assemble, instructions were very detailed, the desk is sturdy, it works really well and looks fantastic! I’m 180cm and the three desk is high enough even without a separate monitor, i.e. when working only on a laptop. You can switch the display unit for the height between inches and centimetres and set up three specific heights, so it makes it easy to move from standing to sitting position and vice versa without having to keep pressing the up and down buttons. When moving up or down it is very quiet. The desktop comes in two halves and you just need to make sure you screw in all the screws properly to get it as even as possible, but I don’t consider this an issue, although I’m using a desk mat that covers it. Two things to keep in mind: it’s not made for playing around by moving it up and down repeatedly - the motor will stop working after a few times if you don’t leave a bit of time in between. The other thing is this collision control mechanism. I’m not sure where exactly the sensors are built in, but even though I tried using the one out of two or three levels with highest sensitivity, it doesn’t seem to be doing much to avoid a collision. If you are moving it down, make sure you don’t have any objects close to the desk’s legs as it’s not the inner part of the legs that moves up and down, but the outer one; if you (unintentionally) move an upject such as a small bin right next to the leg while your in a standing position and then move the desk down, it may catch the object and the desk will start lifting into the air on one side. Easy enough to avoid though once it happened for the first time.The delivery was unfortunately done by Hermes - having worked at a company that does deliveries, I know they’re more likely to mess up than others and horrible if not impossible to deal with if they do. They “attempted” the delivery for the first time when I was home all day and no one ever rang. The day after, it suddenly said “delivered”, but I wasn’t home until three hours after that and the desk was simply left outside (!) the main door of the building (an area with probably more than 100 flats), while the packaging clearly stated “Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk”, the specifications/dimensions, the customer service email address of the seller (Fezibo) and the name of the model. It’s almost a miracle this wasn’t stolen in an area where things have gone missing in the past! To the seller: given the value of the object, I urge you to use a different courier than Hermes.

ASSEMBLY: Upon opening the box, the first thing I saw was a helpful multi-page instruction booklet containing step-by-step pictures for assembly, plus instructions for operating the control panel. The instructions were easy to follow but you have to pay attention to the alignment of certain components. I took my time, studied the instructions closely and had no trouble assembling in perfect working order by myself. I started by checking off the list of components and was pleased that spares of small components were provided to make sure you have enough. The predrilled holes were all helpfully pretty much in the right place - I used a ratchet screwdriver which made the job of screwing into wood much easier. The trickiest part is probably assembling the rotating arm which needs a little care to make sure it is secured firmly at both ends, but it's not difficult.THE DESK: I chose this desk for the four memory settings because I wanted to switch between standard chair, saddle stool and standing positions at a touch of a button. It's great for that and the movement is smooth and quiet and responsive. The height range is really good and I think taller people of any height will have no problems (however it doesn't go any lower than a standard desk). I love the rustic wood finish of the surface and it looks even nicer than I hoped for. I also found a "vintage wood" monitor stand elsewhere on Amazon which matched the desk pretty closely (just noting that it's not part of the desk). The join in the desk doesn't bother me but it does add a little structural weakness which means you can't lean heavily on one side. The control panel is really easy to use and has a lot of features that I found useful, such as setting a maximum height and changing the units from imperial to metric - it's all in the instruction booklet.CABLE MANAGEMENT: The cable tray at the back is another great feature that I found really handy (before you assemble it, take a fun moment to appreciate the very satisfying wobble board noises it can make). I have the monitor, desk lamp, phone charger and the desk itself all plugged into an extension that sits in the tray so they rise and lower with the desk which reduces the number of trailing cables. There are the two cable holes in the desk which I used for speakers. There were also three adhesive cable clips supplied which were handy for keeping cables tidy under the desk. I haven't really embraced the age of wireless peripherals, so I had a lot of cables to manage. I carefully checked that they would all reach up to my standing height setting - again, the ability to set a maximum height is really useful for ensuring that cables don't get accidently damaged.MEASUREMENTS: Desk 100x60cm. Distance between legs/feet 78cm. Leg/feet width 6cm. Cable tray 39.5x12cm.OVERALL: After two days I'm completely delighted with this desk - the only thing I can't comment on yet is longevity!

Easy instructions to follow, and that make sense. Set up is a brreeze. I love the pre-set height feature, the ability to set a sit and a stand height is fantastic. There is enough space for my two monitors and the big old tower with room for paperwork at the front. Great deal, great value.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything about this was super easy and comfy to build. Be sure that when you are connecting the flat parts on top of each leg that you SUPER TIGHTEN THOSE SCREWS!! Otherwise, like me, when you first lean on the desk at all, it will wobble fwd/back! This made it feel really flimsy and I had to take the entire desktop back off (from upside down underneath) and carefully set it on the bed while I tightened those screws before replacing the top back down again.The favorites switch is easy to use and comes with the lowest and highest heights (73 and 118) programmed into 1 and 3. You can set each of the presets by setting the height you want with the arrows and then hitting S and then the # to save it to. Super easy!10/10 would recommend this desk, and get the biggest one you can afford the space for, trust me. I got 55" and wish I got the 60" I think that 5 extra inches would honestly make a difference and it wouldn't take up much more space in the room. My room isn't massive by any means, maybe 10x20ft. The media could not be loaded.  Ive had the desk for about a week now. Everything works perfectly. Very easy to put it together with the instruction. Took a couple minutes. Love the size , love the colour and love to play while standing. Already have spent a lot of hours with it! Totally worth it and I recommand! Its 55".The only downside: Its a little thin and come in 2 pieces.

First off, this desk is good. Not amazing, but quite good. A real workhorse of a desk. We have a nice glass topped desk from Costco that I prefer just slightly, but this one is bigger and if I ever get around to it I could slap a nice piece of wood on top and it would still work perfectly. This one was also a lot cheaper.The Good: It's lasted through 3 moves, been taken apart for two of them, and is still sturdy with no structural breaks or damage.The Bad: It did break. The controller broke and would no longer respond. So I emailed customer service...The Beautiful: Customer service was incredible. I was traveling at the time and so was very intermittent in my replies to them. They followed up every 24 hours telling me they were still there ready to help and that help would come if I would let them know what the issue was. I was the worst kind of flakey emailer, and they still took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem. When I finally was back home and able to run through everything they responded promptly and sent me a new controller. This was after owning the desk almost two years. No charge, no fuss, just a new controller with tracking number straight to my new address.The desk is now working perfectly again. The controller was an easy swap. No complaints whatsoever.If you want a good standing desk at a fair price backed by great customer service, this is your desk.
