Love this little pot! We are working our way through several Korean cookbooks and this earthenware pot is perfect for several of the recipes we've been eyeing. We tested the pot with the simplest of recipes to start. We made korean steamed eggs: Maeun ttukbaegi gyeranjjim.The pot can hold a little over three cups of liquids but you should probably use less if you are making a dish which requires the lid. Otherwise, you'll be risking boil over mess. If you are making something like steamed eggs or a dish with minimal liquid you may want to grease the inside of the pot with some neutral oil to make sure whatever you're making does not stick to the sides. I ordered the medium size and regret it now because I know I will be using this pot all the time and it would've been great to have more cooking space in the pot's cavity.

The media could not be loaded. This is really a well made piece of cookware...it's both functional and very attractive. We've found that it's a little small for our family to actually make food in the pot so it's been relegated to be used as a serving dish. A little disappointing given how versatile this piece of cookware is but I should have sized this a little better and ordered the bigger size. Anyway...this is still a good addition to our kitchen and can be used in a number of ways.
