Beautiful and functional.
I bought this dish to make a quiche. However, I would not dare to try using it directly out of the freezer into a hot oven. I use it from room temperature into the oven.The quiche turned out beautifully.It is also a very pretty dish for serving hot foods during hosting events. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Very nice pie plate. Pretty.
I like the heaviness of this ceramic pie plate. It is beautiful and very sturdy. The add on Amazon says the color I ordered was "Green", but it is an aqua blue. The picture shows aqua blue, not green, so I ordered it anyway and got the blue I wanted.
