Me and the girls (8 and 14) love to experiment with baking and figuring out new recipes. I got this Cacao Powder because it's organic (and I'm trying to move towards more organic foods) and sugar free (and dark chocolate mmmmmm). After using this in a number of recipes (cakes, chocolate bars, cupcakes - We even tried a No Bake Chocolate Chocolate Truffle), I can absolutely say I am a believer in Organic Cacao Powder by T.C. Bauer. The fact that it was Dark Chocolate made it that much better. Since it is Sugar Free you can add as much or little sugar as you want to your recipe so YOU control the sweetness.Get this and you will not regret it. Enjoy your yummy deliciousness!

good for mixing in smoothies or chocolate milk

Very disappointed that the use by date is just a month away. The package looks old and worn, the label dirty. If it wasn't such a hassle to return it I'd do just that. Had great reviews so beware. Had to use about 35% more to get the chocolate flavor I'm used to.

I have made some very tasty super-chocolate cakes with frosting with this. No gong back to the canned stuff.
