Works well with 2 monitors, solid build quality
I am working from home and I finally decided to order second monitor, my work laptop has only one hdmi port so wanted to split display to 2 hdmi port for 2 monitors. This came in handy, surprisingly low cost. This is very small in size so does not take much space on the table and also reduces mess gng to your laptop if you have any other USB devices that you are using. Another thing I found different with this product is it's case is made of metal so it does not look cheap plastic gadget even with that low price tag the build quality looks great. This is plug and play device no drivers needed to be installed ( I use windows, have no idea about Mac)

Tiny but Magnificent!
This is an amazing product in a tiny (!) form factor !! At first, I was annoyed that it was so small anticipating for it to not work and for the fact that it requires a separate adapter for the charging option (yes, it is mentioned in the detailed description!) ….but the dual monitors works without even external power source! Worked great with my Dell Inspiron. Have not tried with my Mac or MS Surface, will test with both and update here.Pleasantly surprised by this little gadget, wish there was an Ethernet port :)

Misleading Product
I purchased this product to power/charge my HP Envy 13 laptop. Given the content of the description and the images associated with this product I fully expected that it included all of the parts required to perform this function. Notice that multiple times it implies that it will charge a device up to 87watts. The included vendor supplied images show and describe the charging functionality. The detailed specifications show the charging capabilities. However, it doesn't have a charger. Don't be fooled, don't buy this thinking you can power or charge any of the devices listed. You can't and you will need to go out and purchase an additional power supply and cable for this to work costing you an additional $50-100 or perhaps even more. Very disappointed and think this rises to the level of false advertising.

Works with XPS 15
I've had this USB C Hub for about a week and it works well for me. Small, lightweight, short dongle device that will live in my backpack for the future. I first plugged in the device to the USB-C port on my Dell XPS 15 and it was recognized in a few seconds. I use a keyboard, mouse, USB drive, external monitors and they all connected without issue. The USB-C port on the hub doesn't work for data transfer, meaning my laptop loses its single C port when I use the hub. Although most later model consumer laptops have multiple USB-C ports so it's less of an issue.

Nice compact and affordable hub
This is a very compact hub. I really like the design. Works well in dual hdmi mode. Did not test charging (my computer does not support usb-c charging). Short cord. I use an extension. Also, pay attention to your USB port types. USB naming conventions have gotten really confusing (usb 3.0 has been given three different labels). Thanks to the warnings on the product description of this hub, I avoided buying a laptop that only had usb 3.0 (it was labeled “usb 3.2 gen1).

works as it should, good price
This hub works exactly as it should for a fraction of the price of the one from Dell. I wanted to be able to have 2 monitors, my keyboard, speaker and a USB flash drive all plugged into one spot so I can easily plug and unplug my laptop to take with me. I have a Dell one at work so I was going to get one at home but it was $150! This works just fine but was MUCH cheaper. I did notice a slight delay when I plugged my mouse into it but since I take my mouse with me I just have it plugged directly into my computer so its not a big deal.

Works Just Like It Should!
I tried this on my Galaxy Note 8 and my daughter's Galaxy S9+. It worked great for both of them and doesn't need external power either. The plug was a big snug going into the phone so at first I didn't make a connection. Once I realized it wasn't in all the way I pushed it in a bit more and after a very slight delay for it to connect we had a picture. The phones both said on their screen an HDMI was connected and then the picture showed up on the screen. The picture looked great and the sound was just fine for what I was using.

Highly recommend
This was exactly what I was looking for. I recently got a new job and finally decided to take the plunge and get a second screen, mouse, and keyboard vs just my laptop. This little adapter organized the HDMI cable that was necessary, and the two USB ports needed so my laptop’s ports weren’t all taken/tangled. I like how it has all ports necessary, so if I ever do want to take my laptop off, I just have to unplug this one wire. I have a HP Elitebook for work.
