The EZ -Pass holder well made for years I used the velcro strips on my windshield which was a pain I like the case and suction cups you can move it easily then the strips.

Suction cup problem
This holder has two suction cups and only one of them stuck to the windshield. I tried it on different surfaces, making sure the surfaces were clean, and the problem persisted.

Good holder for the EZ Pass unit without using tape on the windshield
This gets four stars for meeting expectations, for me five stars is something that exceeds my expectations, this meets my expectations which is still very good.At the time of order, the price was $9.99 with a 15% coupon, this is a good price for the item.To use, remove the existing velcro tape on the EZ Pass unit, slide the unit in from the left-hand side. Clean the windshield wherever you are going to attach the unit, let dry and apply with gentle but firm pressure. The unit slides out by pushing the unit from the right and the suction cups can be pulled away from the windshield by sliding a business card between the windshield and cup to break the suction.
