Lasted just over a week - bad quality.
The idea of this is great but the quality of this particular product is not. I received this one September 5th, started using it on September 6th, and as of today September 13th I will not longer be able to use it as the material that holds the grommets has already tore. Very disappointed.

Perfect except for one thing.
I love love love this product. It's so convenient that I use it every day. People often want to know where I got it. I never carry a purse now. The only complaint, and it is a BIG complaint is that the way that the rings that attach the strap to the phone frayed within about 4 months of owning it. I had to repair it myself. If that was fixed it would be perfect!

Strap clip holders tear in days. Substandard product.
The strap holders tore within days. I am not returning it, but want a refund. It is garbage.

Very cheap quality, broke 3rd time I wore it!
The strap broke the 3rd time I used it! My phone fell and cracked when the strap broke. And it says it’s too late to return it, although I’ve only used it 3 times! I want my money back. Complete waste.

Poor quality.
Love the concept and it works perfectly as I needed; however after only 2 weeks of use the straps have worn out and now I expect them to snap at any moment. Defeats the purpose entirely. Had the holder been better quality I would recommend and/ or reorder. I can find no way to repair for security of my phone. 😢

I bought this in June for $25.00I love it.But the little loops that the strap is attached to are starting to come apart.I’m disappointed that it’s falling apart so soon.And will not buy this again

When you go out and just want to take a phone and a lipstick and a few cc/license but just don't have the right bag or pockets, this is IT! I chose the swankier silver color so it could double for nighttime. Love that it has the 2 straps options. One is flat and silver like the case. The other is a chain strap. Fits the phone great. All about hands free!

Gorgeous but tore. Doesn’t last.
I really loved this case and the way it hung and looked on the body. Gorgeous case and very practical. HOWEVER...it ripped within two weeks of using it. Just like all the other reviews said it would. I didn’t listen because I needed it for overseas travel. I’m telling you I loved this case and I wish it lasted. I would always use it. But it tore and ripped off. See photos.
