this pillow is comfortable. It isn't too soft that it will bury your head.. it has a nice sturdiness to it and supports the head and neck well. The recess isn't as pronounced as the photos show but still noticeable. Not really sure how much I can say about a pillow. I sleep on it and I don't wake up with neck pain.

Excellent pillow if like me you need a low but comfortable pillow. I suffer with neck problems and this is ideal for me. It's hard to find such a flat pillow. Most are too high for my needs. Well made and it's soft but supportive and just the right height. It says it's for children and younger people but I am a mature adult and found it perfect for me.

This pillow has given me the best nights sleep I have ever had but be warned it is hard to get up in the morning as it is so comfortable. I have had other Italian memory foam pillows but this is the best. I normally have neck pain when I wake up but this has solved it.

Was apprehensive! However its great . A bit like the original dunlopillo but the holes are larger and i thought this might not be a good thing. A good nihhts sleep proved me wrong.

Pillow not as picture. Recess barely there. I found it way too soft so returned it. Make my neck and shoulder pain worse.
