Poorly finished with rough edges, nice wood smell and working better each time I cook the BBQ.

Wood split on first usage. Avoid.
Quality of the cedar is not good enough. Knot at the bevel caused a fracture in the wood. Heat of the grate caused this to then crack all the way to the handle.
