5Star-TD Lego Minifigures Series 11, Saxophone Player

My son (a saxophone player in his middle school band), absolutely loved it. It was one of his stocking stuffers this year, and one of his favorites. He keeps it on the desk next to the family computer, so he can see it when he does his homework there after school, every day. Nicely detailed, a perfect addition to some of his other Lego collectible figures. He has the small Shakespeare and a larger, dynamo/flashlight guy and a few more. He likes this one so much though, that he shows it off by prominently displaying it where others can see it.Our cats love it too, though, so like all things with small parts, or which can come apart if played with too rigorously/handled too roughly, do keep your eye on it if you have little ones or chewing/thieving pets jumping and ripsnorting about.

Maybe I didn’t read the description well but I thought it would be bigger for $29! I was shocked how this little bit of plastic costs $29!If money to value isn’t a concern to you then you may ok with it but I would not have paid that much had I realized how small it really is!

My 16 year old saxophone playing son received this in his stocking from Santa. He thought it was awesome!Later we were talking about it and he thought it was purely coincidental that he got this particular minifig- I had to inform him that no, it wasn't coincidentally, that you can pick which one you want. It came in a closed package with a sticker that it was the saxophone player which I removed before wrapping.Unfortunately, I got the leaseholder man too and that bag had been opened and placed in a baggie. That was very disappointing- it said "new" but was opened.

For my son's 12th birthday, we did "A year in the life of..." cake. He started band this year and plays the saxophone. This was PERFECT to represent this. He loved it. He is a huge fan of minifigures so as soon as we got home he put it with his collection.

Although our grandson loved this it was typical too much money for a Lego!

Got it for my brother to go on his lego cup! Adorable! He loves it!!!

The product is great, the figure is as described, bought through Amazon. The only thing I did not like is that the figure arrive in a plastic bag (not a lego bag)... Although the mini figure is in perfect form, I cannot tell if it is a brand new product or not. Anyway, my son loves it, that whats matter to me

I bought this for my brother who plays the saxophone. He also collects Lego figures. He absolutely loved it!

He really is cool, and very positionable, the sax will go into either hand and he can lean forwards and backwards. He was just a bit smaller than I expected...but then I haven't bought and Lego for 40 years, and have never seen a Lego person before...just bricks!
