Q: Will your product damage our water feature pump?

I've been using it for three years in my large wall fountain. No damage yet! I'm now using it in my outdoor fountain and I've also had no problems with that one.

No to birds but I don't have house pets so I can't answer to that

Q: one drop per gallon of water per week? So, Id need 15000 drops per week in my pool?

I don’t use it in our pool, I put in my stone three tier fountain. Keeps the green algae out and it’s safe for the birds that drink from it. I treat the fountain weekly.
