This bag is a good size for 1 sandwich and beverage. And a small snack. It will keep your items cool for about 5 hours once it's frozen. After that it warms up quickly. But I found it adequate for my needs.

I purchased this to take drinks to the beach. They stayed cold less than 3 hours. They also leak when you put ice in them. Water drips from the bottom. I think it probably functions better for shorter periods of time and not exposed to hot temps. I regret buying this.

I have a titanium water bottle that I love but it is not a double walled bottle and does not keep things hot or cold long at all. This bag is just big enough to hold my water bottle and it will keep my water ice cold for several hours when needed. I just freeze the bag overnight then zip my water bottle into it when I am packing up for the day. I can carry a smaller double wall bottle on the outside of my backpack and have this inside full of ice cold water I can use to refill my smaller double walled bottle when needed. Works great. Ice cold water whenever I need it in the summer in south USA.
