This is brilliant!!! I was looking for something like this to help with my physiotherapy/exercises I have to do as I have very extreme form of fibromyalgia. Also it really helps elevate my legs while resting up on sofa when chronic pain in my legs gets very bad, like today. I find it very firm and extremely supportive for my legs. I also love how environmentally friendly using buckwheat is, big bonus points there!!! 😁 There's so many stupidly expensive ones out there and finding this for £30 was affordable, as I live off benefits money is tight. I am so happy with this product. Very speedy delivery too. Cover has a zip so can be washed, inside case can also be emptied for cleaning too. Thank you so much for making this brilliant, very well made product and I very highly recommended this!!! 😁

Excellent quality bolster
Received within 3 days of ordering. Packaged well for delivery.Excellent quality. Firmly packed with buckwheat husks, which can be easily adjusted if required. Quite heavy, but it's for home use only. Handle is very useful. Lovely colour, not too bright and very good quality fabric. Yoga bolster
Having run a yoga studio for years I have tough standards. These bolsters are great. Dense, comfortable and generously sized. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic quality bolster
I bought this to use for my yoga practice. It was delivered promptly and was packaged well.The bolster is excellent, its sturdy and the cover is high quality fabric. It's comfortable to use and I imagine that it will be hard wearing due to the quality. I'd definitely recommend this product and will use this supplier again if I need another bolster.

I used this to aid sleep as I have lower back issues. I pop it under my knees. I don’t go to bed without it.Backstory- I do yoga and over time I noticed in class that shavasana was finally comfortable for me to do with a bolster , so got one for myself !

Great quality!
Super happy with the boulster - it looks much better in real life than the images. It feels very good quality and the filling is very substantial. I also love that its made in the UK, I would highly recommend it!
