Good product.
Easy to install, with a little common sense. There were no instructions at all, but pretty self explanatory. Still, for someone with no experience and trying to DIY, instructions would be helpful. I was well pleased with the kit and it worked perfectly in my application.

Shorted hardware
Wish i could have really tested this but i didnt notice untill way late that they only sent me one mount and one latch... For a three sided order.... Complete waste of money. Check your packages!

turnbuckle came loose
like others, my sail fell because the turnbuckle came undone. not sure how that happens as there's no way for it to unscrew while connected. maybe the screw pulled right out? had to go with another solution.

I hope that the turnbuckles and carabiner are better than the screws. The screws must be made from alumibutter. As soon as they entered the wood facia, the heads stripped off or the screw ripped in half. Had to go to hardware store to buy real screws. And yes, I drilled pilot holes. The rest of the hardware pack seems to be ok...

Not good hardware
Not a happy customer! We ordered a more hefty hardware set than recommended, so size was good - the others would have too small.Arrived with mismatched pieces, and screws that were not even stainless (my husband bought extra screws.)We bought another set a few months ago, and it was great. Going downhill.Buy another brand!

Kit has everything you need to hang your sun shade
I bought this kit to hang my sun shade in the backyard. It made it really easy to attach to my house at two points and then a pole I placed in the yard. Without the kit I would have had to have gone to the hardware store to purchase all of the individual items and this was so much easier.

not good for wind
We live in a slightly windy area. This caused our sun sails to unscrew themselves after installation. Ended up hoisting the sun sails back up with carabiners. Lesson learned!

Makes installation easy
Second set we have bought ! Makes putting up the shade sails so easy . The price is great too , 3 times the price at Lowes
