Does exactly what it says. Great value and sticks well on areas you need protected for as long as you need and peels off easily. Comfortable and lightweight. Cut to size and apply. Really works well.

I ordered two rolls of this tape as multiple family members have suboptimal knees. We've used kinesiology tape prior to ordering this brand. It is effective in knee stabilization; however, the adhesiveness could use some improvement. If you're looking for this to last several days if you work in trades/manual labor, you will disappointed. Improve the adhesiveness and I'd rate it 5 out of 5.

I actually bought this product because I have a hernia and I was trying to see if I can hold it in before I get surgery and believe it or not it worked. very stretchy so it did the job that I wanted to do. Gave me pain relief and quality is on target. Easy to apply but a little tougher to remove but doable.

Excellent adherence and nice stretch. It is pro grade at half the price. The only complain is that if you leave it on for more than 3 or 4 days, yes it lasts that long even when getting wet due to showers, your skin can develop a rash, so to prevent that it’s a good idea to change every 3 days. Other than that, no complaints. Will definitely be buying again.

I've been using another brand (Theraband) and love it, but it's quite expensive, so I was hoping that this would be an adequate alternative - it's not. This is just sort of "meh."The color is attractive, and it's easy to cut. It also adheres well with minimal peeling at the edges after about 24 hours. It's also easy to remove by just peeling it off dry before a shower and does not irritate the skin (as always, if using this on a hairy area like an arm or a leg, it's best to shave the area before applying the tape to make removal much, much easier). However, the edges are straight across, so it's difficult to peel the tape from the backing. It also stretches a bit too much - much more than my usual tape - so the support isn't quite as good.Overall, depending on your needs, this might be a solid option, but if you want stronger support and pre-cut strips, this is not the best choice.

This was the first time I used this tape. My sister suggested it for my ankle that was recovering from an injury. I was able to use it in the pool without it coming loose. This tape provided a light support for my healing ankle. Just what I needed.

Used for rotate cuff tear, helped me get through bad days. Stayed on all week, showered with it. I put a warm wet towel on it and let it sit to take it off . Came off clean. Recommend it! Plus the cool design made my little students think I had “cool robots arm.” 😂 cheaper than buying them at a sporting goods shop.

I've been using this product for more than a year and it does an incredible job of supporting my knee and preventing the misalignment that I have been experiencing for quite some time. Very comparable to the higher priced kinesio tapes on the market. Highly recommend.

Capsulis toe wrap - works as intended

Very thin band material with low quality glue. The brand I normally get was out of stock so decide to use this, and got skin irritation in few hours. This band does not hold muscle properly since the material is so thin and barely have tensile strength.

I didn't have the tape on for more than 10 min before it started to burn. I took it off and the tape had actually burnt my skin (as shown in photo). 7 days later, the burn is still there. I would avoid this product at all costs.
