Full feature computer. Great for Nitrox.
The one button control takes a bit to get the hang of, but once you get the process down this is a full feature computer that gets it done with a good display.

Great Quality, Very Good Features
I am highly satisfied with the quality and overall ease-of-use of this dive computer. After acquiring Nitrox and Advanced Open Water certifications, I found the Puck 4 fulfilled all my needs with little unnecessary complexity. The one-button operation is about as intuitive as it could possibly be, although I did have difficulty when trying to factor in the surface interval in dive plan mode. I really like the Bluetooth app integration; this is an awesome feature to have for a device at this price point. I also appreciate the ability to automatically increase the conservatism of the gradient factor for repetitive dives. As expected for a Puck, the strap can be removed to fit the Mares Mission console.

ZHL-16C algorithm, but limits the Custom Gradient Factors to be a maximum of 85%
A great dive multi gas dive computer for recreational or even basic tech diving. It is Non air integrated. It limits the maximum gradient factors (GFH and GFL) values to be 85 or less. I just wish it would let me set gradient values up to 100/100 for use as a backup/emergency ascent computer. The only other complaint is with multi gas settings, It requires gas 2 to have a higher O2% than gas 1. However I dive on EAN Nitrox, (gas 1) and have air in my pony bottle (gas 2) so it does not support changing gases if I have to use the pony bottle. Bluetooth is built in, and works well with the Mares, the SSI and the Subsurface dive log apps running on an iPhone.

Arrived damaged and very difficult to get a replacement strap
Item arrived damaged. There was a hole in the strap; hence watch would fall off wrist if used. It’s Very difficult to get a replacement part because Meres’ is located in Italy. If you call the “manufacturer’s number” you will be directed to a distributor who is unwilling to help.

In sè, funziona piuttosto bene.
