The pouch is made of pretty sturdy silicone material. I like the molded details of the facial features, especially the bangs! The zipper I am not too big of a fan because it’s connected to the puff ball and then the feather charm, so if you pull the zipper open using the feather charm, you’re pulling through the elastic connected the puff ball, which frankly isn’t enough strength to open the pouch. It doesn’t bother me too much because you can pull it from the plastic part before the puff ball and it’s just a small zipper opening to open. Can’t imagine what it’s like using this same style of zipper for the larger plush bag! Overall, I am still very satisfied with my purchase! It’s nice that Hoyoverse has an official storefront on Amazon.

Very weird, but all the reviews were wiped for this item at this time of writing. I for sure wrote a review for this before and saw the reviews were all wiped from this page. Doesn't make sense to me.Anyway:- Pros: cute and soft- Cons: weak packaging (not good for present purposes), reasoning below.I had ordered this as a present so the plastic box had to be in decent shape, but both times this was sent to me it arrived in bad packaging. First time, the box was bent and second time, the box completely smashed/broken in an Amazon paper envelope. It's not Hoyoverse's fault, but Amazon's, so it's just a warning. Unfortunately I had to refund this item and sent both of them back to buy a different item of this series as a present.
