Ok so full truth here, at first I wasn’t wearing them properly and they were a bit annoying and hurt my feet and I was going to send them back but then before doing that, I decided to look at the instructions that come with the product and oh man am I glad that I did! Once I started wearing them correctly they gave me just the right amount of support and my feet were in heaven. So glad I gave them a second shot, or really started wearing them right I should say. - Great product for sure.

These really worked for my daughter who has severe flat foot deformity. Her ankles end up hanging out in thin air supporting her whole weight when her arches collapse. Any amount of continuous walking causes her pain and at one point, stress fractures. She had to quit her waitress position for that reason. She already has special inserts in her shoes, but it wasn’t enough. Her current job started to be more on her feet, and it’s been causing her a lot of pain, meaning fracture wasn’t far off. I got her these because they were not expensive and it couldn’t hurt to try. I bought the High Arches option. They helped tremendously and once she healed, the pain was gone. She did find that they flattened over a shift. Washing fixed them, but she needs them daily, so I bought her more. We ended up actually trying 2 on one foot, which worked even better, so I cut the pad part out of one pair and sewed them to the other. Over the course of a busy day they flatten a little, but are still enough to keep her from having pain.

I bought these supports after hearing about them from a friend who loved her H series.These are very comfortable to wear, and for me, good for short stints of barefoot activity. I have an injury to one foot that has healed, but left me with a flat foot. After an afternoon of wear, I had to go back to shoes. However, I think that had more to do with the old injury. My other foot has a low arch and has had plantar fasciitis. That foot was fine for longer wear.As for using them with shoes that have no arch, the one down side I could see is that the dark blue really stands out in a summer style shoe. Otherwise, they were fine and would not be noticeable under a sock.

An amazing price for something that works wonders. My mom and sister have extremely high arches. My mom is a bartender and my sister works in a doctor's office do they are on their feet all day. The pain they felt has decreased by like 80%. And everyday the aches lessen.

This product works well, but doesn't look very attractive. I only wear them at home. With regular shoes or tennis, these are great.

I have high arches so it’s hard for me to find a good fit in arch supports, have been through a few, but after finding and getting these I started using them right away and found instant relief. AND I can paddleboard now pain free too!

Having a high arch (and foot problems this past year), I’m so grateful to have these to wear while barefooted. The Velcro assures that they will fit to your liking.It’s a great product.

I love these little things! They are well made, offer enough support for my high arches while barefoot, and are easy to put off and on. I only wear them in the house and they seem sturdy enough for that. I just wash them by hand in the sink and they dry over night. When I get home from work and take my shoes off, I put these on and get great relief for my tired feet.

I only gave 1 star because I don't know they are a gift for a brother who has everything and impossible to by for but he does have high arches and in pain a lot with that
