Hi, Thanks for your question. Yes, this is the original product imported from Splayd in Australia, and we are the official distributors for the US market. Sorry that we do not have a photo with dimensions, but our product description does state that the length of that each spork (foon) is 7" long, formed from 18/8 stainless steel, and hand-finished. So, the length is: 7" or 178mm. We do not sell the disposable version, so I am not aware of its length. Kindly contact us directly, if you have any further questions. Yes, they wash well, and the box says they are made of 18/8 stainless steel.

Q: We eat a lot of chili's and soups, curious does this allow you to get enough liquid in the spoon part for food like that?

Not as much as a regular spoon, but yes. The spoon-like part is deeper than the typical spoon.

Q: I see that the blurb reads that they act as a knife as well. Where is the cutting edge?

I got mine many years ago in Australia. The cutting edges are the two sides, being somewhat the sharpness of a table knife, not a steak knife. We love ours and use them daily.
