Easy to use
I cannot speak to the installation process as a family member did that, but it did not seem too complicated. The set-up of the lock was pretty straightforward, easy to create a passcode. In terms of day-to-day use, it is very simple to enter the passcode for entry, and, conveniently, you can press any key to lock it. Seems to operate smoothly thus far, it's been about a month or two.

Quality lock but I missed one feature
I needed a good electronic lock to replace a manual Kwikset deadbolt. I looked at Kwikset and other brands of basic and smart electronic locks, and decided on this Yale based on its construction, quality, features and overall good reviews. It replaced the Kwikset deadbolt easily and I didn't even have to replace the striker plate. But I did have to make the bolt hole deeper because this Yale deadbolt extends in a bit further. Not a big deal. Installation was easy, and the setup went fine by following the sparse instructions and a YouTube video. From my reviews of several locks and perhaps not researching this one like I should have, I was hoping to have the feature to set a one-time pass code that would automatically expire after use. I guess that is for slightly "smarter" locks. I can always set the code and then delete it after the intended use, but that is not quite as foolproof and a bit less secure. Perhaps adding a smart module would give me this functionality, but then also give me more features than I need, which is why I wanted a more basic lock to begin with. Also, I don't particularly care that touching any key on the keypad locks the door. I wish it had a dedicated lock key. Just a nit, but inadvertent locking is too easy. Otherwise, we will adapt and it is a really good lock. And kudos to Yale for their packaging. All recyclable cardboard except for a couple of plastic bags to protect the shiny bits. No blister pack or shrink wrap.

Wish I had done it sooner
So convenient to go in and out, and allows us to keep house securely locked even while we are working in the yard.

Cheap Made and Poor Quality
This locker is of poor quality and feels cheaply made. The materials used are flimsy, and it lacks the durability you’d expect from a functional locker. The design is not practical, and certain parts don’t align or operate smoothly. It fails to perform its intended purpose effectively, making it unreliable for storing items securely. Additionally, the overall construction seems rushed, with visible flaws and weak joints. For the price, I expected a more robust product, but this locker falls short in every aspect. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-built storage solution.

Replacement
Replaced a defective lock. Radio wasted battery power on old lock.

Great product
Great lock and we ordered installation as well. The installer was very prompt in communication and did the install quickly and smoothly. Easy to use and has many great features (although we don’t use them)

Good, but beware it's incomplete
Bought this lock to replace an older one that the buttons were failing on. Found out after purchase that it doesn't include the smart module from Yale, that's a separate purchase for an extra $99 from Yale.com. Also while it supports Z-Wave it won't work with the older module from my original Yale Assure Lock. So had to buy a new module from Yale.com

Disappointed
I purchased this based on the reviews and didn't use or order it with the WiFi function, only the lock. The lock ate through 12 batteries (it takes 4) in 2-3 days.I've verified the door was aligned property as well and even went through the trouble to shave the deadbolt hole a few mm's and it still ate through the battery.
