Baby Driver Volume 2: The Score for A Score

NOTE: This is the second volume of music from the movie and contains a few pieces from the score, bits of movie dialog, and even more songs. I encourage you to check out the separate, 2-CD soundtrack that has 30 different songs and serves as the movie's song collection. Baby Driver (Music from the Motion Picture) There's also a single CD version of the aforementioned disc. It's a bit cheaper but only contains 13 tracks, all of which appear in the larger, 2-CD collection. Killer Tracks from the Motion Picture Baby DriverThis is a five star soundtrack for a four star movie, and it's safe to say the music makes the movie. Frankly, these tunes are Baby's alter ego and they nearly steal the show. Part of the magic of the movie is the way these songs are integrated into key scenes. Early on, for example, Baby goes to pick up coffee for the gang while Bob & Earl's "Harlem Shuffle" plays in the background. As Baby walks down the street the lyrics appear on the scenery as he passes by. It feels completely natural and not the least bit forced or overdone. Brilliant! [NOTE: The version of 'Harlem Shuffle' on this CD is from Baby's second trip to the coffee shop.

There are 2 versions Baby Driver Volume 1, I like the 2 disc version its a few bucks more. This CD Baby Driver Volume 2: The Score for A Score. Is a great add on, again for me it was worth the money. I never have bought 3 discs for one film before. The film would suffer greatly without this soundtrack.

I usually hate additional score cd's with movie dialogue, but this one has those tracks made by some of my favorite electonica artists, so it's completely awesome.Buy the cd, rip it to lossless, be careful driving ;)

This album includes the remixed versions of tracks used in the trailers for the movie. I had been looking for those for a long time. Very pleased with this album. The last track is a great surprise for people who know Edgar Wright's history.

Glad they made a second volume. Missed having ALL the music from the film.

All the songs in this movie were great and I'm glad I bought it.

Poor and self-indulgent. This is the director and composer showing off how they did it rather than something for the listener.
