I have been struggling to sleep since about 6 weeks of pregnancy. I talked to the doctor, and she recommended Unisom which worked for about a week. I have been drinking this for about a month now and it still works! It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I do wake up to go to the restroom, but I can fall right back asleep. It takes 30-45 minutes before I'm feeling tired, and I do not wake up feeling groggy. The only thing I do not like about it is that it does not fully dissolve. I have noticed if you use hotter water and stir often, I can get over the grittiness. I couldn't take away a star for the grittiness because when you go from not sleeping for weeks to sleeping, I am a lot nicer human being.

I love this! I add it to my tea before bed, it doesn’t dissolve the best but I just keep a little spoon and stir before I take a sip, no complaints here. I find it tasty & even more so added to my red raspberry leaf tea. This helps me get to sleep and helps my achy body as well, highly recommend !

This has helped me get some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! I feel like I get a good deep quality sleep and don’t wake up groggy like I have with other sleep aides. The flavor is decent, however it is not my favorite.

Very small product and comes not even halfway filled up with product. The smells amazing but I’m going to stick with purchasing the CALM brand instead since it’s Much larger

This powder does not dissolve in hot hot water. I can feel it in my mouth when I drink it and it collects at the bottom of the cup. I want a refund

This product I purchased says on the bottle and description 2.89 Oz. 89 GThe bottle I received say 2.43 Oz and 69 GThis is a really tiny bottle for it to be so expensive.

I drink it every night about 15 mins before bed and drink it like a cup of tea - fav part of my nighttime routine
