Useless!!!Its one piece so its 30 for a set, when you can just go to bodyj4u and get one for 9.They are way too thick with a huge flare. Its such a bad flare that when you fold it to put it in your ear its almost like sliding the plug in whole.I'm returning them.

The larger rings were not as firm as the smaller ones. They did not have the same stretching ability as the firmer ones.
