I purchased these for myself and my children during the year for one we’re feeling under the weather or starting to get sick. You take three. They are very chewy so I wouldn’t recommend them for small children.

This is the best, least sticky gummy vitamin company. The zinc, the vitamin C, and the melatonin all have great flavors and a chewy gumminess without being a dentist’s nightmare. I used to get these 3 at Costco but they seem out most of the time.

These Vitafusion Power Zinc were a really good deal. I don't take zinc daily as I get plenty in my diet, but I still like to keep some on hand. This bottle is going to last us a while because of this. They have a good flavor but are a bit on the chewy side compared to other vitamin gummies I've purchased in the past. The good thing is they don't stick to your teeth and seem to do the job.

These are delicious (and big) and do seem to help me keep healthy.
