I ordered this set of 2 water absorbing trays by Photect to use by my coffee bar. I love the lined brown design on the top. The stone itself is white but they put this brown coating on the top that does not come off, and it's just perfect for hiding any stains, including coffee drips! I already have a set of these stone trays so I know how well they work. These brown trays work just as well as my white faux marble ones, but the faux marble surface does easily stain, and therefore, I can only use them for my glass drinking glasses, not around the coffee bar! With these nice dark brown wood-look trays you don't have to worry about staining at all! You can also hand wash them in the sink with mild dish detergent on a non scratch scrubby sponge to get them clean if you need to. I love this set of stone diatomite trays, and I would recommend them to you, especially for your coffee bar!
