Very simple phone and it looks sturdy. I needed a small phone just to take calls on another line and this works perfectly for the purpose. The keypad buttons are very big , screen is clear and sound is good. Can't fault it

I'm really glad you asked me my thoughts about this product, which I have returned! While the hardware itself was in good order, the phone was not fit for purpose because I was unable to make or receive phone calls on it!!! I know it was operational because I went to an EE shop to get help activating and topping up the SIM card I purchased to go with it. (and am not stuck with because it is a standard SIM size and most phones these days don't use this kind). The real issue is that this is a 2G phone, which - since I purchased it - I have discovered is very poorly supported - network coverage-wise. I have learnt a lesson about network coverage. My main purpose for buying this phone was for a vulnerable relative to be able to call for help. All my calls, both to and from this phone, after getting the phone home, failed, which would leave my relative cut off!! Texting - using this phone - was also incredibly difficult. The writing scrolls horizontally and disappears. I do not recommend people, wanting to buy phones for a vulnerable relative, purchase this type of 2G phone and I think it is really poor to even sell this kind of 2G phone as helpful for the elderly. It is misleading and could even be dangerous - leaving your vulnerable relative cut off and in trouble...

Updated Review!! I was struggling with this phone at first which was entirely my own fault. This phone is for both the elderly and children with disabilities and the design is good. It has many features, very big buttons, including an emergency button on the back which, one can press, to let others know you need them, and the screen is crystal clear. The only thing major - thing it lacks is a ring volume with a high / low setting - although I can hear it ringing myself on it's set tone!
