Lovely
A lovely lunch bag and I've found the shoulder strap to be quite useful too. As with all similar lunch bags (as opposed to the traditional plastic box type) they are hard to clean and can get soaked if a drink leaks etc but this one is very pretty and handy to carry. My 6 year old daughter is very pleased with it.

nice but arrived with dust marks
Lovely product but a bit grubby. I think it is just dust marks etc and Im hoping they clean off. Not great for a new product, Id expect it to arrive clean!

Great for kids!
My daughter loves this as she can get a large box in it for all her bits and bobs as she's not a great sandwich eater! The handles make it easy to carry and it's easy to clean.

finally a lunchbag with a shoulder strap
i purchased this bag only because of the shoulder strap. there is so many beautiful designs avaible on the market(especially Stephen Joseph range) but none of them would let my daughter be comfortable on the way to school. the lunchbag is all pink with a butterfly on the front and my daughter likes it.unfortunatelly there are some negatives:1. the zipper gets stuck from time to time which really upsets my daughter2. it it a little small. after putting 2 sandwiches in and a bottle with drink there is hardly any space left for youghurt no mention about fruits. i did manage to squish a banana but couldnt fit in an apple.3. its nicely design but i dont think the strap for a bottle helps. my little one managed to spill a yoghurt insideof the bag. there was no problem with cleaning the inside but unfortunatelly the strap is made of material and had to soke it in a bowl as i didnt want to put the whole bag in the washing machine on the first day. im tempted to buy a diffrent lunch bag and keep it just in case of any more accidents i just wish other bags had the shoulder strap aswell.

Good lunch bag with shoulder strap - but it can stain
Love love the idea of a lunch bag with a strap! Especially for little ones starting school as they have enough to juggle as it is.I was really pleased with this bag - it held my daughter's lunch cool and steady, with enough room for her lunch bottle as well (this is held in place by an inner velco strap) - so yes it's a good all-rounder. It's durable too although being light pink it did pick up the dirt, especially on school trips.Towards the end of term the bag became stained. It's not Navigate's fault, somehow my daughter marked it and I have tried a handful of stain removers, even homemade remedies to get the marks out.As I've said, it does everything you want from a lunch bag and the handle is the best idea. Just wish I wasn't shopping for another one now. Because of this experience, I think the bags with the full-patterned covers on front (jellybeans and allsorts) would be better.

Durable and a great size
This bag is a good size, like the fact it comes with a handle and carry strap. Nice bright design and a little plastic name holder on the reverse to put childs name in. However, my daughter has to bring home all her rubbish inc. half eaten banana's and half empty yoghurt pots and drinks cartons. This soiled the bag inside and discoloured it on the outside as well. The corners were difficult to keep clean and the bag became very smelly. We had to throw it away within one school year. So it all depends whether your school allows children to throw their rubbish and whether you children can put their leftovers away neatly.
