I work in a factory setting. During the summer however hot it is outside it's hotter on the floor. Although I have to refill the ice every break this item helps me stay cool.

I bought this for a friend that works for USPS as a mailman. As an AZ resident, it is extremely hot outside. He told me this product is a life saver!! It helps him stay cool for hours while he works and doesn't irritate his neck while moving around so much. It’s great and is made of high quality material. VERY durable and you can fill it with water and pop it in the freezer for next day use without its flexibility being compromised. The size is perfect!

I got a few neck-cooling things to try, as I am always hot through the summer and I have had a few neck injuries that some ice packs would be nice for. This one works well, but has two issues. Ice and water are easy enough to get in, it seals well, it feels cold on your neck for a while, and is very simple to reuse. It is a little tricky to get the last water out - it won't just dump out, it has an edge in the way. However, that issue is easy enough to solve with sticking a towel (or shirt edge) inside to soak it up. The other issue is how heavy it gets! For my neck injuries, this is too heavy for me to use. If that isn't an issue for you, this product might be for you! If you would be concerned having more weight on your neck/shoulders, stay away.

Item worked as stated but ice only lasted about a half hour. Easy to fill and not uncomfortable to wear.

I've tried 3 of the more well-known higher-end neck "air conditioning" They all work until you step out side in the sun on a Florida afternoon, then it's like they aren't even there. Just blowing hot air at you. If you step in the shade they do help to cool you off a little and if you go indoors after being out in the heat they help to cool you off faster. This thing is different. It's like holding 3 almost frozen water bottles around your neck, it's COLD! You can 100% tell it's there and doing it's job in the Florida sun and it really does help cool you off. I wish there was some way to intergrade a fan that blew through a tube or something that ran down through the middle of this thing then that would be the ultimate cooler. If your objective is to find something that will cool you down out in the heat buy this and save $200+ over one of those neck air conditioners.Now for the downside, you will get wet if you are in a humid climate because this thing sweats like I do in 90 F 90% humidity weather. Though in this environment, you're already sweating, it doesn't matter if this thing sweats on you as it just cools you down. I like to fill mine 3/4 full of water and keep it in the garage freezer. I wear it while mowing and working around the house.I would not wear it to a theme park or something like that because of the perspiration I do have a middle of the line neck airconditioning for those days which is better than nothing.

It’s comfortable and cools nicely, unfortunately it’s not insulated so it only last a couple of hours depending on weather

This is neat, but it doesn’t stay good long and depending on the ice you put in it, at times it is hard to add the ice. I give it a 5 out of 10 and say that you just need a quick cool down, then it’s good. But it being so thick as well, does get a little uncomfortable around the neck after longer use.

It is so easy to use. The ice lasts a long time. The shape of the device is so unique! It hit all of my sore spots since neck surgery.
