Old yogini here! These remind me of one of my favorite, but out-dated, blocks made of wood which were VERY heavy. These are much lighter! Sturdy and reliable, they support my body where needed. I especially like the beveled edges making resting much more comfortable. These ROOT yoga blocks are a life saver in various yoga poses while staving off injury. They help me go deeper into a pose not only physically, but mentally and spiritually. I bought two sets … one set donated to my yoga studio, Prema Yoga. And I love the chakra seal --- reminds me of the wheels of life that need attending.

A good yoga block comes in handy in so many moments and this is my new go-to! It is sturdy and supportive which is so essential to me. And often you sacrifice comfort (like the foam ones) for sturdiness – but somehow these yoga blocks provide both which is awesome. It even withstood the stand test which is helping me with balance and a new layer of fitness. I also appreciate the thoughtful design with soft corners and cork to avoid slipping. Highly recommend!

As a long-time Ashtangi, blocks were never part of my practice, but recovering from an injury necessitated a series of hatha classes & with them came the introduction of props! I'm so glad I found these blocks and find them to be the perfect blend of comfort, durability & style. The size & shape are a welcome change from their slightly taller counterparts, and I love the feel of the cork. I never write reviews, but was so impressed with these that…here I am.*Easy grip: I was hoping with the photo I included that you could get a sense of the size and shape which I feel is so easy to work with. They are a little more slim than your average blocks so they are easy and natural enough to pick up with one hand. Also, the cork provides good grip. The size offers slim when you want (i.e. extended triangle) and wide when you want it (I.e. hand balances).*Good weight: These are dense, but not heavy so they feel reliable like they won’t soften, give way or tip.*Good energy: They are cork! A natural material. So I feel more grounded, more connected to the Earth like when you feel your feet on soil.These are going to last forever and keep me excited about growing my yoga practice. I was a little concerned buying these because all the yoga places have blocks you can use anyway so I thought maybe I was being wasteful but these are so much nicer than any blocks at the studios and they are beautiful. I thought they were much too hard before I even opened them and I almost returned them but they are actually perfect in every aspect and I am not a yoga pro by any means I am very new at it and I find these so much better than the foam and they are slightly smaller which surprisingly is also an added benefit.

I absolutely love these yoga blocks!! The personal designs are a beautiful touch. The feel of the cork blocks is comfortable on my hands, as well as my back, making tough poses easier to stay in. I really enjoy using them everyday!!

I have been doing yoga for decades. Needless to say, I have been through my share of yoga supplies. I have had blocks in the past that were lightweight (seems like a plus) but would end up slipping off of them as I shifted my weight. You can even be a little sweaty and not slip off of these blocks. They are made of beautiful cork, a little heavier and they stay put! This is a huge plus as I am getting older and the balance ain't what it used to be. It also feels good to buy a product that is natural, because throwing away those other foam blocks... you know they take forever to break down in the landfills. Just really happy with this purchase!
