I work as a chauffeur and have done for over 10 years now, often spending up to 13 hours driving per day! At the end of my shift I'm exhausted and my legs and feet often feel numb, the machine really does make a huge difference and I'm over 6 ft tall and about 17 stones heavy! I am no stranger to Tens devices so I feel I am more than qualified to give an accurate opinion and I can honestly say it's a very good machine. The thing that's sets this tens massager apart from the others is the fact that it has Smart capabilities, I can control it with my phone with no fuss. This technology is not available in devices at this price bracket especially with the added guarantee included for no extra fee. I actually think it's the total opposite of the typical models, the size is small enough to fit in the glove box of my car in the case, there is minimum wires, there's no separate remote needed and the battery is integrated. (I can't comment on the battery life at this precise moment in time because I haven't had it long enough). But in terms of effectiveness its faultless, there's times I put the pads on my lower leg when I'm aching after my shift and within about 20 mins of treatment I feel great. On the whole I think the machine by Smart vitality is a worthy buy.

I am very pleased with this tens machine. It was extremely easy to assemble and get up and running. I barely glanced at the instructions manual. Normally I get my daughter to sort out these technical gadgets so I felt a mini sense of achievement being able to put it together by myself ! (As embarrassing as that sounds). For a while I have suffered neck/back pains, primarily because I spend most of my time sitting on the phones for work. This massager has definitely made a big difference. I generally don't exceed intensity level 4 on most of the treatments as I find this more than adequate for my needs, my daughter uses it on level 7! I don't know how she does it. Overall I highly recommend anyone considering buying a tens device to consider the Smart pulse, furthermore when searching for a wireless machine (that I could control with my phone) the closest I saw was over £100! It was quite an easy decision for me especially as there's a lifetime guarantee. Absolute no brainer. Excellent

Pain reliefI bought this on the recommendation of my husband as I suffer chronic back pain and have done for a number of years. I find the higher power settings offer adequate relief at times of most discomfort, and levels 1-3 on most treatment modes serve more as a conventional massage, (which is also very pleasant). The tens unit is operated by any smartphone after simply downloading the app, I found it on the App Store as I use an iPhone but I’m sure it works just the same with android. The unit comes with the CR2032 battery already fitted inside and so after assembly is ready to be used. Personally I was really pleased with the Smart Vitality carry case box, the petite size means I can take it with me to most places which is a massive benefit and means I can get the use of it pretty much any time any place. Extremely user friendly even for those who are new to tens treatment

I’m a professional athlete and I often train over 10 times a week, having this Smart machine is actually a treat! Normally when I get home I haven’t got much energy for anything, and I feel battered and bruised to say the least (as I’m a boxer). But I can honestly say I look forward to putting my feet up and hooking up this miniature pulse massager, the last one I had broke because the battery compartment was super tight and awkward to use! This one came with the button battery already installed and ready to use, I hooked it up and wallah!. Magic. Five stars from me, highly recommended.

I was so looking forward to using this machine. Sadly, very disappointed. Followed the rather vague and somewhat unusual instructions! (see photo)connected to app via bluetooth, applied pads as directed, etc. and then nothing!!Replaced battery, tweaked connections, one random strong burst of power felt from one pad and then nothing again!I have a lot of pain and from other users reviews I thought this may be a great help hence my disappointment.I will now return this item but I am considering ordering a replacement because of the good reviews it has received so far, if the second machine fairs better I will adjust my rating accordingly!

I was looking for a back massager when I stumbled across this. Fast delivery and brilliant concept. I like it because the lower intensity modes make for a nice massage while the more powerful modes definitely make a big impact when it comes to pain relief. I must admit I made quite an idiotic mistake by trying to pair my phone with it by going to my Bluetooth device connection list. I felt so stupid when I realised all I needed to do was go straight into the app and hold the on button! No need to pair and fiddle around with pass codes etc. You live and you learn I guess!

Had to send back because product was faulty, however I expected to have a wireless tens machine but there are still wires with this one. It was much to powerful and could only ever use on the lowest setting, and it left bruises.

I bought this product for my wife as she has suffered with back pain for some time. She thinks it's excellent and so i am very happy. Will be ordering again for other family members.
