My ABA 3rd edition book showed up very fast, and was in perfect condition. The seller even left a nice hand written note to me and included and magnetic book mark. I honestly did not expect for this book to be in such great condition at such a great price. What a deal. Thank you! Any ABA professional knows that this is the "Bible" of our profession.

I ordered my Cooper book and it arrived earlier than normal, AND it came with a bookmark OF A CAT!! I have a cat, and have not been able to see her in a few weeks!! This really made my day!!

This book arrived broken on the bottom edges of the spine. This is one of the most (if not THE most) important book I would buy for my schooling/field which is why I purchased NEW. It is too expensive a book to ignore the poor quality it arrived in. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be another one available for the timeframe I need it in. This is highly disappointing.
