This item is a thin piece of fabric that is supposed to keep my exercise peddler from sliding. It actually just slides across the floor with the exerciser. Don't buy it! Money down the drain.

The matt is a good size for exercise machine. The quality is cheap. It is very thin for ex: It's as thick as 2 sheets of typing paper.
