It's good but I'm not sure it helps with unwanted facial hair like it claims. We shall see though.

Seems a bit overpriced for just a bag of spearmint herb. The herbs smells good and looks to be of decent quality.

Package was lovely and the tea leaves very organic. Aroma great when brewing. Definitely potent add honey. Taste great.

The tea is an absolute divine treat for the whole body. I am really enjoying this tea with honey; I could drink it every day. While this is a lovely product, reflected in the goddess glory of Spearmint herself, the price is drastically inflated for organic loose spearmint leaf. If cost is not of consequence for you and you love the marketing, elegant label designs, and tidy packaging, then it is a-OK. Wouldn't buy again for myself, but might get for an especially posh friend who needs pretty labels, instructions, and stories to make herbs more interesting..perhaps...A few things that knock small points off here and there for me-The best by date says 5/2027 on my 2 packs of mint. Mint is best within 6-12 months of drying, so this date is arbitrary to me and I would prefer to see a "dried/processed on: " date instead.Mints are tricky to dry green but not impossible. These are mostly not green leaves. Prevent quick oxidation by leaving the mint leaves on their stems after harvesting, drying, and THEN plucking them off for packaging and selling. Not a big deal, but I do like green dried spearmint better. These still smell fantastic.One of the two bags broke easily when I opened it for like the 5th time. I wasn't planning on leaving them in those original bags anyway, but be careful of the zipper lock section because it came off of the bag on one of mine and couldn't close anymore after that. I moved all the Spearmint to grove bags as I prefer storing aromatics in those bags anyway.I do not like the conflicting brew times suggesting 3-5 minutes on the package but suggesting 10-15 minutes on the product listing picture. Both are probably fine, I'd probably go with 5 or 10 minutes max personally.I also have issues with the scientific name, mentha spicata, being omitted. This seems nonsensical to me.

The tea is nicely packaged, and each bag is packed with a generous amount of fragrant loose leaf spearmint. There's plenty in each one, so it should last quite a while if you're not drinking it daily. I really love the taste—it's refreshing, calming, and caffeine-free, making it an ideal choice for relaxing at the end of the day.

I recently tried the Nourished Androgen Relief Spearmint Tea, hoping it would help with my skin and unwanted facial hair issues. The tea itself is very mild in flavor and scent, even when steeped for the recommended time. To get a more noticeable taste, I'd need to use 2 teaspoons, which would cut the servings in half. Unfortunately, this product is also on the pricier side, making it less appealing at the reduced serving size. While I haven't noticed any dramatic benefits yet, I'm willing to continue using it to see if it lives up to its claims. For now, it's an okay addition to my routine, but the price and serving size are drawbacks.

I got this for my friend who has an illness, and it helped calm her side effects down. We shared some tea together, and the aroma was quite pleasant. It tasted very good! The strength of the tea was not too over powering either, which I liked a lot. I do like it when it is warmed up at the right temperature.

The tea leaves are of various sizes, it will brew well with tea bags or loose leaf. The flavor is nice and minty with a pleasant aroma.
