Side sleeper here
I definitely like this pillow. I bought the firm pillow. I would describe it as springy. My head sinks into it enough to feel comfortable but the pillow does push against me noticeably. This supplies the support I’m looking for. It makes side sleeping infinitely nicer. The cooling properties are no joke. While it does get to your body temperature, it doesn’t ramp up the heat like crazy.

Received used or damaged product
The outer packaging on this order was fine. The inside contents were beat up, dirty, and torn. It's likely a previously returned item. There is a dirty grey smudge on the surface of the pillow. Box all torn up and retaped. Not happy with this product. I'm supposed to lay my face on this?
